    Howdy,
    Was doing some checks on my Avid Flyer Speedwing and noticed that the elevator movement limits at 19 deg down and 24 deg up.  The book states it should travel 17 deg down and 30 deg up.  The elevator is not contacting or listed by the stop on the bottom edge of the vertical fin (near the hinge) Instead the elevator UP is limited by a piece of metal riveted in behind the control stick.  See video here.  https://youtu.be/YqVAmnugoFI  Not sure if this is an intentional stop.  Should I file it down a bit to get the full 30 deg UP?
