Advice on purchase of Avid

Im based out of Kiev Ukraine. Found a low time red Mark IV for sale in Quebec. I like everything about the plane and ready to buy and enjoy, just want to be sure it was put together right. Anyone qualified and willing to do a pre-buy-inspection?
