Welcome to the forum Steve!! A few guys are running LED lights on here. Hopefully they will have an answer for you!. What are you getting for a used standard Rotax 90 degree exhaust elbow?

I only have the wig-wag LED recognition lights - Cant make night flights anymore with just my drivers license and LSA.

Still waiting to hear about the LED landing lights, but would bet my 2c that they dont have the light output that your 4509 has. I would look at the HID lights as replacements, if they draw less amps.

You must have a huge power drain with all those lights? I used to make landings on lighted strips with no landing lights - gets a little ragged when you dont know if there is something on the strip.......
