I didn't win my first foray into public office today.  (I ran a very quiet [nonexistent] campaign for town board.)

 

I lost 211 to 453.  Considering I didn't do any, flyers, advertising, or campaigning at all, that's not too bad...

Maybe the people who voted for you were just voting against the other guy??? (LOL) Sorry I couldn't  resist afer you said you didn't really run any campaign at all.  Power corrupts, you're probably better off.

I take no offense. I think you are quite accurate.

Honestly I really don't have time for this kind of thing, anyway. I'm kind of relieved to not win....
