AVID Fiberglass Floats Weight

I finally got to weigh the original fiberglass floats that AVID used to build.  Fully rigged they are 125 lbs.

That's very valuable info for anyone looking at purchasing a set. I've heard that many sets have been waterlogged to some degree after developing minute, age related spider cracks and having water seep into the foam. Weight is a good way to tell if there is any hidden water damage.
