Might have an Avid or a Fox, at some point...Maryland

Hello,

My name is Robert, I am located in Frederick Maryland.

I'm currently fulfilling a lifelong dream by attending flight school.

Obviously I'm dreaming about having my own aircraft, and it looks like an avid or a kitfox might fit the bill.

I'll be lurking and asking a few questions here and there, as it looks like this forum has some great resources to offer.

Welcome to the forum! It's hard to beat the fun factor and capability of these little planes. I got my Private license in 05 and rented for 4 years and logged about 60 hours. After getting my Avid going in 09 I've put 330 hours on it! At a direct operating cost of less than $20 an hour in fuel it's the way to go if you want to fly. A few of the adventures I've been on with mine.

I would of never gotten to experience anything close to this in a rented 172.
