Dear ROAN subscriber, Rotax has released a new Engine Trade-In program, see below for an overview of the program and contact your nearest Rotax Distributor, Service Center or Repair Station for further details.

Program in effect from March 1st - April 30th, 2009

Trade in your Rotax, Hirth, HKS, Jabiru, Lycoming or Continental Aircraft Engine and receive a Trade-In Allowance off any New Rotax 912 UL/A/F or 912 ULS/S Aircraft Engine.

* Terms and conditions may vary from country to country.

Bet they'll give me a whole $100 for my 582. Sweet only need to save $24,900 more. Did I mention I'm into my entire airplane for less than 10K?? I'll keep dreaming

Well, I tried to call for details just now and got the after hours recording blah blah, call back between 9-5. Jeez it was like 2 mins after 5.  >

I imagine that Rotax might be hurting a little:  Downturn in the economy, historically ridiculous prices for their 900 series engines...

Maybe hoping for a little business with a glitzy, give nothing ad campaign.

thye are gonna have to follow others leads... you can get a new lycoming 0320 delivered to your door for 150 bucks a month... if rotax does something like that I may have a 912 in the nose real dang quick   More than likely, they are not going to make the pot that sweet.

Leni..., So my $15,000, 40 hr TT (at purchase) Kitfox 5 ...., with a 912UL, was a pretty sweet deal eh?
