It's a rough gig

But someone has to do it! I'm out being a Flight Engineer again finally after my desk job deployment. First time I've been out with a crew since April of last year. It sure is nice being back out on the road and moving the mission. We've got 100K of cargo on board bound for the Pacific region.

What else does it carry besides that 100K of switches and instruments?

Hope you have a good trip Joey.

That's a complex question to answer, Ed.

Just kidding him - Bet if he had the rank he could carry his little bird along and do some real flying while sipping pineapple juice!

Better than eating sand on his last gig.

Flugtaxi,

I don't understand your comment:  "Airbase for subway".

Hickam Field was the Army Airbase where Mr. Yamamoto and the good folks from Japan gave us a surprise party

7 Dec. 1941 on their way to Pearl Harbor.

"Forget, Hell No"!

ED,

my comment is about the water in front of the picture.

The attack from 1941 was very unfortunate.

My comment was no offense.

No offense taken - just didn't understand comment - Could have asked him if it was a Seaplane or Floatplane base, I guess.
