Smoke system

I see there is a smoke system available in the Kitfox catalogue.

Any one have this or know if it will produce good smoke with a 912UL? I've installed a few (different) systems in T-6's and Stearmans, but their exhaust output is somewhat greater. I want a nice thick white trail, not whispy little puffs.

The good part is that most of these guys already have 55 gallon drums of smoke oil.

My brother had one on his KF with 582 and it would put out the smoke!  I can get killer smoke from my 80 cc RC plane, so I am certain you could get good smoke out of a 912.

sometimes an improperly bled coolant system can give white smoke from the exhaust leading you to believe you have a bad head gasket.  the only way to tell is to a leak down test to prove the gasket.  If youve done work on the coolant system, make sure you have all the air out.
