I get a flu and pneumonia shot, open doors with my elbows, wash my hands each time I come back home, and take all the precautions to stay out of the shopping crowds - And, I still end up with the one strain of flu that mutated! Feel like throwing in the towel, and just trading off the plane & stuff for a tombstone - I told the wife to just wrap the fuselage with my body inside it with 1.7 cloth and finish it with her choice of colors before burial!

Just on the news recently that this years flu shot is nearly useless for the strains going around.

Flu got so bad in my County that they had to shut down one of the schools after about 500 students got it last week. Thankfully, I am about over mine - don't want it again this winter. Haven't worked on plane for about 2 months now.

The local news last night announced more schools in MO and IL closing because so many students have the flu - apparently, one of the bugs mutated after the vaccine was made for this year, and that is what is getting so many infected.
