It's a secret.  You'll have to go there for yourself.   :french11:

Seriously, though:  I didn't take many pictures other than Kitfox details and a couple of (bad) phone snaps of that giant Euro-trash thing.

(Euro-Trash thing, Me at the main gate, the wife, A friend receiving the "Outstanding Champ" award)

well that is a good start LOL.  Was there any ground breaking new engines, or other cool shit you looked at or may have caught your eye that would be useful on our planes?  Cheap glass pannels that weight only ounces, 4 stroke engines for under a grand, you know, fantasy stuff

I always take pics of good-looking panels for ideas. This was in a new RV-12, liked the rocker strip and blade fuses. Note the big red "Push to Override Spar Pins" button!

A couple pics of Virgin Atlantic's MotherShip White Knight II, aka "Eve", the aircraft designed to deliver the first commercial spaceship to orbit. It is the world's largest all carbon composite aircraft and many of its component parts have been built using composite materials for the very first time. At 140 ft, the wing spar is the longest single carbon composite aviation component ever manufactured. Space Ship II is suspended between Eve's two fuselages as it fly’s to altitude before releasing the rocket pod to ascend into orbit.

Here's a GigaPan link for some AirVenture 2009 pans to zoom and play around with: http://gigapan.org/searchGigapansList.php?sort=popular&keywords=airventure+2009
