Can anyone help out my friend Ray in Cloverdale, CA, who needs a sign-off to then give instruction in his Rotax582 powered 2 seat Quicksilver?

He's at

rshipway@bridgedeck.org

Once he has this, likely he'll be a good resource for new Avid/Kitfox flyers.....
