Wonder what the usual application is for these? The 6-puck brake calipers ought to stop most AvidFox flyers right quick!

I'd be right curioius to know the fluid volume requirements of those calipers when you throw the brakes on....

the auction has ended so someone may delete this post when they get a chance. I just saw them for sale and thought maybe someone could use them.

I think Leni said it took an act of congress and too much time for deleting - So, whatever you post, unless it gets too wild, will just be a part of history!

It was an interesting set of wheels, brakes, anyway.

It's easy to delete a thread. If you need help with something let me know. Leni was gracious enough to grant me moderator rights to help you guys out while he's on the slope.

I can delete at the click of a button... ifn ya want it gone I can make it go away..  so can Joey.  I think that caliper is pretty interesting, I tried to find some info on it on the matco site but couldn't.. then again I didn't look very hard either.

That was informative. It also revealed a second brake disc on that particular wheel and brake assembly, interesting to hear it was certified for the Sea-wind.

Thanks for posting the video - that was good.

Now Leni and SuberAvid can even get a bigger tailwheel that may even float on water!

I could almost use that 12 incher for a nosewheel!
