Does ARROW apply to experimentals?

I've never seen an experimental with a POH in it and the operating limitations on board. I am familiar with the ARROW paperwork for a certified airplane. I could not find it in the FAR's anyplace. I have my registration, AW cert, and W&B in a small plastic sleeve. I don't want to fold up my Operating Limitations and shove them in there too if I don't have to. Also when I asked the DAR what configuration of W&B I should carry on the airplane he said there was no requirment to carry it. Where is our resident FAR expert??

Found this on the EAA site

What documents do I need to carry in my homebuilt? Do any need to be displayed?

You must carry the following documents in your amateur-built aircraft:

Airworthiness Certificate

Certificate of Aircraft Registration

Operating Limitations

Weight and Balance Data

The only document that needs to be displayed is the airworthiness certificate.

Guess it's the same as a certified. Now I have another question. I'm assuming the Operating Limitations are the 3 pages of Phase I limitations that came with my Certificate today right? Not sure where I'm gonna stuff those in the plane but guess I'll find a spot.
