Rotax 582 tools

Does anyone have the 582 cylinder and exhaust alignment tools to align the cylinders upon installation? I normally just use the exhaust and the head to align it but I was wondering if anyone had the alignment bars.

I don't have those tools, I've always used the exhaust also, Kind of alternating between tightening up and loosening cylinders and exhaust so they get pulled down square and true with one another.  I started doing that when a friend of mine got his 377 Rotax back after an over haul by a certified Rotax mechanic.  Wasn't very long and his intake manifold cracked.  Changed the manifold and it cracked again.  Got another manifold and this time used it and the exhaust to line things up.  Never broke again.  I don't know, maybe the mechanics  bar was bent or he used it wrong.   At any rate, I would want it to  fit what I was going to bolt on to it.  Jim Chuk

I too just used the exhaust. Always worked fine for me.
