I have a question regarding coolant supplied cabin heat ,seeing how the bluehead has a third bypass line as opposed to the greyhead ,where would I place coolant tee on the suction side of the engine?

I don't know which engine was in the Kitfox 3, but both heater tubes were T'd off of the radiator tubes.

got it figured out .put the tee right before the pump. I tried it on the bypass first as they are all on the same line but couldn't get heat .guess that hose gets shut off when the thermostat opens.

Yes, the bypass only works when the thermo is closed, after that it is minimal flow - this protects the water pump impeller from overload.
