How to make signature image smaller??

you will have to crop the pic or resize it then re-upload the smaller image.  On the older software version I had I could set the size limit and it would automatically resize it for you.  This version does not allow me to do that.

If you are using windows that has the 'Paint' application, you can open the image with it, then choose 'resize', shrink it by the amount you want (I usually do it in increments of 50%), and then do 'save as', and give it a new file name.  Don't just pick 'Save' and overwrite your larger image, you might need it for something later!

I fixed it for you. The image was installed in your signature 3 times.  Once I deleted 2 of them I was able to just click the image and pull the corner in to resize it.
