I get my fish at Costco - ready to eat smoked, or filleted and ready for the skillet.

You are a lot smarter than me Ed, but I think my way is more fun.

Depends on your idea of fun - In Missouri, fun happens in warm sunshine- (BarBQs and swimming) - Winter fun is for making babies or just staying in practice after getting too old to want any more!  ;<)  Of course, flying is fun anytime you are not busy with the above!

Ed ,I bet there not walleye fillets your buying at costco that im thinking Bandit is hunting ,although maybe you can get them down there out of a store, the one thing I miss about the praires, kinda looks like the fishing shack cities that would pop up back there

We have Walleyes here - some of my family catches them out of a boat.   I buy smoked Alaska Red Salmon, Halibut and scallops at Costco cheaper than going fishing.

A guy I used to work with would take off for the weekend "to fish", and would stop by Kroger and buy some fish to take home to the Mrs.  One time he got caught - the fish were still frozen!

Just on the news:   Sorry I don't have a photo to post - Several cars sitting in a pond of water on Lake Geneva, WI, where they went thru the ice - guess owners cant get them out until they freeze in again - wonder how they will get them out?  I never did like driving on a frozen lake - Kept thinking I might be in a submarine car!
