I hear ya Joey, but it's pretty easy to weed out the uneducated dreamers or lowballers looking to buy something I have for sale. I don't mind taking a few minutes to talk to them... educate them, etc... all part of the pre-qual process IMO. Now I will agree there are a large number of unrealistic sellers thinking they got a heap of gold hidden in their pile of aircraft parts but, then again, you never get the sale unless you ask for the order and I generally don't lead with my lowest price either.

I had never heard of Craigslist until I went to Alaska to sell my machine shop and house to move back to Missouri - My step-sons listed my old Dodge truck, Maule project and machine shop and I had everything but two machines sold out in less than two weeks - cost me a fishing trip on the Kenai River and a boat ride in Gulf of Alaska but it was worth it - could not have done it without them - sold the house in a month and headed back South.   EDMO
