I made the brackets and have my radiator in now . Hopefully I can get out to the hanger and get the cowl buttoned up and be back in the air

Also had to modify my air filter to fit in the new cowl . Cut a half inch off and now it fits inside

Looks like a good place for a vibration or crack to start - Good spot to put in another bump or scoop.   Looks Good.  EDMO

I have some trimming in the front but overall everything is rubber mounted and stays in its area . It's going to have about a half inch of space for movement .

Hey! Sure looks good! It's gonna be a while before you get to see what your old cowl looks on my plane!

Hope it works well for you.  Hard to tell for the images, are you happy with the air-path through the unit?

Haven't had any problems running it up in the heat yet . I'm going to funnel the air a little bit inside the cowl.

Got everything buttoned up primed and ready to test fly . Hopefully I don't need to change anything. Tomorrow morning is supposed to be nice so I'll go out and do a couple laps around the pattern to make sure it's ok.
