Just glad that the paparazzi wasn't there when I looped the KF2 back in the day!

"No one saw that.....  never happened..."   LOL!

Since when does a ground loop constitute a crash?  .. or so it would appear.

Looks more than a ground loop - tore the left gear off?   There is very hard concrete on that runway - I know, because I did a bounce-test on it a few times!  ;<)  Tall electric poles and wires on East end.    EDMO

Yep.  Another indestructible Just Stupid STOL bites the dust.

I find it humorous that guys build these planes and think that they are all of a sudden Superman.  Just like the video posted earlier from Aussy-land.  The only plus is they are at least a strong (Avid design) airframe and no-one is getting hurt.

Just a lot of bleeding pride (and wallets)...

I certainly agree with the Superman part. Just don't agree with the Just Stupid STOL part. At best, it could have been a very unfortunate freak occcurrence. At worst, if it was Superman's fault, I am sure he was more than capable of crashing any aircraft.

Superman talkin here...

It's never supermans fault.

Rigging was off

Brake musta hung up

Caught a bit of a wake from the Magnum that preceeded me

Had an albino deer run in front of me and those things are endangered... had to put it in a loop to save him.

Superman has a pocket full of these all cued up in his mind ahead of time!

Thanks for filling in the details, Superman! I figured there must be a simple explanation for what happened. The Albino Deer Coalition will mention your name at the annual banquet, no doubt. Maybe just a rumor but, I heard they are serving venison this year.......

We just had a retired F-16 pilot total his GT-500 on its 3rd flight. Has a brand new 912 and fully adsb compliant dynon set up. Sad to see it wrecked.

Ouch, I guess it would take a while to get used to not having enough thrust to get you out of most anything.  When the taxpayers aren't paying the fuel bill, the power specifications change (well, and bad people not shooting at you helps too).
