I used a link in my email which locked me out of my own account

now I can’t upload a picture because it’s not a png 

 

so im trying to upload a pic then screenshot it to make it a png

 

what a pain

I don't do facebook or any other site - I post all my photos and scans on here in JPG / JPEG or whatever that is called.  EDMO

are you talking about not being able to upload a pic here unless it is PNG?  Or on FB?
