Building question- Mark IV

5 posts in this topic

Does anyone have some photos and suggestions on how to install the lower aluminum sheeting (under side) behind the firewall going aft. I have a frame with the nose wheel weldment and would like to see how others have installed these pieces. ( 2 halves)

Thanks for any help you can provide.

here's a couple pics. just make a template from cardboard and cut a notch that will fit under the rear brace tube. I have about a 1/2" overlap in the center and there attached with some 1/4 long sheet metal screws into the tubes

Nope, not fuel. Those are oil lines that run between the engine and oil tank that's fitted under the baggage area.
