Elevator trim horn

I don.t seem to have the elevator trim horn, pat no. HT-7D. Anybody have any info on material, dimensions, etc. so I can make one? Thanks. Photos also appreciated,

Yup that's it . I'm 40 miles from my hanger so pictures were all I had to offer

I made one today that looks a lot like yours, but I don't know what alloy I have and i don't have any exact dimensions.

I suggest you use 3 SS rivets to attach it and Hysol to bed the base, sucks when they come off over the back Country, lots of elevator flutter. BTDT
