2 Stroke A&P in or near North GA?

I am looking to buy a plane that has a 618, slightly past TBO, and has been sitting for 5 years.  It will be my first plane, and although I have mechanical experience, I would like to take it to a good, reputable shop to inspect it, perform a condition instpection and get if flying.

Unfortunatly, I have not found an A&P in the area with 2 stroke experience.  Can anyone suggest one?

I never found an A&P or IA knowledgeable about two strokes. I did find an AI who inspected my plane and signed off with me explaining to him what to look for with regard to the two stroke. We both gained from that deal and he ended up doing my annuals for years on my first Avid. We did it together which gave him someone to hang out with while doing the inspections. I learned things to look for WRT air frames and landing gear and he learned two strokes from me. It worked well and he was always willing to sign off when the process was over.

You may end up having to develop a relationship such as this.
