The last project before flying season. I want to install the puck flashing lights I bought during Oshkosh last year.  I need to pull a wire to the end of the wings. Has anyone did this after the plane was done. How did you do it?

Why not just go thru the rear spar?

That’s what I was asking. How do people do it.

A rag tied to a string and a decent compressor ,just kite it down. It may get hooked up a few times but be patient.

Borrow an electricians fish tape is the simplest way or buy a thin piece of trim 14' long and push It thru.

I used a shop vac on the rear spar to suck a string tied to a cloth. Same idea as the compressor.

A 3 wire strobe wire will push right through there by its self the hardest part is if you got a wing tip on you need to get close to the hole.  once your there you can usually grab the wire with a flexible claw  and pull it through the hole.

one example here but available anywhere.
