Thanks! Now waiting on my prop, then make some noise. Still have to install the wings and tail, rig and do the W&B before calling the FAA inspector. Will change the brakes and wheels this winter to a better setup. Will keep the original gear, though. Brakes worked good, but a PITA to work on and I like standard disc setups better. Without the wings on the dang thing is lightweight. Expecting in the low 400#'s.

Jim, I always call the FAA when I need some help. The last inspector explained their philosophy. "We're not happy until you're not happy!":

Engine and prop change. Plus reissue a new AW and operating limitations.

Right after I typed my post, I though about how if your AW was issued pre 1991, it required an FAA inspection for a major change.  Fortunatly that is no longer the case under the later rules.  Still need to go back into phase 1 and notify the FAA, but at least you don't have to wait for them to come and inspect.  JImChuk

PS,  Nick, almost every time I've dealt with the FAA, they have been nice and didn't live up to the mantra we've bestowed on them.  Maybe I just got good ones and also, I was always polite and didn't argue with them.

Either way, whatever the reason, its their choice. Can't argue with them. If they want to inspect, they inspect.

1avidflyer, That was a cheap shot. 99.99% of FAA folks are on our side, and virtually all my dealings with them have been great. But that quote was told to me by a friend, a GS-14 FAA specialist!

When I swapped engines, gear and prop, the FSDO guy said just log it into Phase 1, stay within the limits, and log it back out after 5 hours. No inspection, no heartache.
