Nice pictures. The young lady is having a good time with her grandad. She will remember those times for the rest of her life most likely. Are you getting any of the smoke from the peat fires up in NW Minnesota? We covered with it. Airport said 4 miles visability, but their eyes must be better then mine. Here was the view at 600' AGL over my strip an hour ago. I've got 2 grandkids that are 4 and 6. Got to take them flying one of these days. JImChuk
PS, hope I'm not in any way hijacking your thread
No smoke here yet. The wind just turned north tonight. Maybe we will get some then. Ya, she loves to fly. She's a great Turkey hunter also. She shot a Jake last spring and a big tom this spring.

Jim, we must be getting some smoke now, the sun is red and it is hazy out.
When I went flying Sunday, it was still somewhat hazy, but nothing like Saturday. Yesterday, seemed clear, but I didn't fly. JImChuk

All flying, no fishing? No reason to ask really.
I'm to busy to go fishing, only do it a little in the winter down south.,
Mark has some good walleye spots, you know they make the best fish frys.
Doug, we are having our fish fry Tuesday evening again this year. Be looking forward to having you over.

It's been on my calendar since last year lol. See you all in a few weeks.
KK, my 9 yr old granddaughter, Loves flying. She always wants to do a loop! Last summer, at about 2,500’ agl, we spotted a helium b’day ballon someone let go. We spent 45 minutes chasing it around the sky, she was intent on getting it! For me, it was like a dogfight, trying to keep an eye on it to come back around for another “straffing run.” It was the most fun I’ve ever had flying! I’ll remember it forever!
