Broken nose rib

What do you guys do if one of those little nose rib tails breaks off in a wing? Fly with it that way?

you can fly it or put a inspection hole and cover in the bottom of the wing, reach up in there and glue it back in place.  You could also cut a slit in the top of the wing, glue it back in place then run a wide pinked tape over the slit and paint to match.
